Go for Albert King? Cant do better than "Santa Claus Wants Some Lovin." It's worth tracking down (excuse pun) or just tune in to WWOZ, the New Orleans music station with streaming radio, on Xmas Eve, Xmas day for great blues and jazz Xmas music. Almost makes it worth the wait.
