I AM GRATEFUL (WELL SORT OF) THAT THE BLAZING ROW I HAD WITH MY HUBBY THIS WEEKEND ENDED WITH JUST A LOT OF SMASHED CROCKERY ALL OVER MY KITCHEN FLOOR (OOH, THAT FELT GOOD!) AND THAT I DIDN'T ACTUALLY STAB HIM WITH THE SCISSORS I HAD IN MY HAND AT THE TIME! ACTUALLY, THINK HUBBY WAS MORE GRATEFUL ABOUT THIS THAN ME!!!

In order to be able to achieve and maintain happiness we need to, actively, be able to do two things:
Complain and then let go (Dump the baggage, the roadblocks to happiness.)
Openly Express Gratitude (The open expression of gratitude promotes happiness.)

First, this is really funny, but probably not at the time.
Your “Gratitude Statement” has been posted on the “Gratitude Site.” The URL is < http://areyougrateful.blogspot.com/2008/05/95-am-i-grateful-meme.html >. Don't forget to come by and copy/paste the current list of participants back to your post. Doing this frequently insures maximum link benefit for everyone who participates. And by keeping your list current with mine you won't have to respond to individual participant requests to add them to your list. Staying current is optional.
